Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange as requested.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used fragrances

• Items without original packaging

• Final-sale items

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import fees may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or reroute packages sent to an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.
